Notes:

  • Due to ticketing procedures, room reservations must be made at least one day before check-in.
  • This package can only be booked through the official Palais de Chine website booking system and is not applicable for third-party platforms or phone reservations.
  • The number of High-Speed Rail tickets purchased cannot exceed the number of guests staying.
  • The selected travel dates must be the day before or after the hotel stay, and one of the departure or arrival stations must be "Taipei","Banqiao", or "Nangang" Station.
  • The dates, times, and train numbers of the High-Speed Rail tickets are subject to the official booking system of the cooperating hotel. Booking, seat reservation for train tickets, rescheduling, and cancellation of tickets and hotel rooms (both must be cancelled together) must be done through the official Palais de Chine website booking system.
  • For High-Speed Rail tickets purchased within 29 days, seat reservation can be completed on the official website at the time of booking. For bookings made more than 29 days in advance, guests can still purchase discounted tickets then reserve seats through the official Palais de Chine website booking system when the High-Speed Rail seat reservation system opens.
  • After completing the seat reservation, tickets can be collected at the High-Speed Rail station ticket counter, self-service ticket machine, convenience store (a handling fee of NT$10 per ticket, NT$20 per round trip, will apply), or through the High-Speed Rail T-EX mobile app.
  • Once the tickets are collected or used, room reservations cannot be cancelled.
  • The hotel will not issue a separate invoice for the High-Speed Rail ticket fee.
  • Please refer to the hotel's official website for more information on accommodation-related regulations.
  • This package is subject to daily availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corporation and Palais de Chine Hotel reserve the right to adjust or terminate this package.
